Hi All ! A buyer in the States is paying me by eCheque, but PayPal have advised me not to ship until funds are cleared (usually between 3-5 working days), with a note attached that I'm not eligible for seller protection !?!? I've never come across this before, so I'm just asking if this is...

purchases made from hong kong and china take a long time to arrive this means if you have a problem you are outside the protection limit.but even worse ebay makes it impossible to leave negative feedback,dont you think that ebay protects rouge sellers enough without disgruntled buyers being unable...

Had an email from a bidder in the US, saying they'd like to bid as they are moving to the UK....eBay isn't allowing them to bid apparently~what can I do? About 4 to 5 hours left to run on the item...

I live in Australia. Do I need to pay VAT when buying from England? If I don't have to pay VAT, how do I reclaim it if ebay.uk automatically adds VAT to purchases?

Hi, I received a refund from a seller in Hong Kong for a watch that did not turn up. 10 days after the expected date of delivery the watch turned up. I now want to repay the seller for the watch. Do I send as 'goods' through paypal? Never done this before. Thanks for your advice.
