When I used to start typing in the feedback box to leave feedback a list of my previous feedbacks would come up and I could choose which one to leave Since getting a new computer and changing my email this no longer happens and I have to type each one separately. How do I return to the old system?

Hi,

 

Only familiar with IE, so if you are using that, go to Tools, Internet Options, Content tab, Autocomplete, Settings and put a tick in relevant boxes.

I think that this is a browser issue rather than a specifically Ebay one. The feature is called autocomplete and you need to select it in your browser settings.

 

The post above gives you the instructions for Internet explorer but if you use a different browser, try the help section of that browser and you should find instructions.

I used to use IE but didn't get this then, but do now that I use Chrome.

I didn't set anything that I am aware of but it may be the default setting on Chrome.

What browser are you using?
