I have set up automatic payments for ebay fees via paypal. Paypal is showing this method as active, yet ebay is not and won't let me list.

I am really stumped by this and have tried everything recommended on other posts from clearing cache and cookies and rebooting to cancelling the automatic payments and setting them up again, nothing works, please help

It may just be a temporary glitch, but you can try going to Live Chat:
