How to report a scamming seller who appeared just days ago and let his friends leave positive feedbacks and sells nothing in real?

How to report a scamming seller who appeared just days ago and let his friends leave positive feedbacks and sells nothing in real?

A seller just started to sell from last week saying he sells mobile phone utilities and put a picture of a mobile phone and description of that particular mobile phone and offering extras too.But actually

this seller sells nothing apart from some giving buyers some articles and details of websites and applications of mobile phones. Eventhough many people have reported to ebay about this seller, he still seems to be there conning buyers on ebay.

How would I know that ebay taking action against these sort of sellers?

eBay do take action if reported but the outcome is between them and the offender.

EBay's response to reports is very hit and miss.

 

What you haver to remember is that every auction contains a warning that the seller is wholly responsble for the description.

 

EBay is simply awash with scams. They may act on some reports, but for others they will take no notice.

 

EBayy has made the point in the past that if they took responibility for all listings reported as scams they would be liable for itigation every day. So if you think you've uncovered a scam keep the delivery records that will be needed to contest it.

If it is seller I just found, does look very dodgey with lots of positive feedback from same zero feedback buyer.

Also contact address postcode does not match actual street.

Looking at their DSR's don't think will be here much longer.
