i have a buyer who claims to not have recieved an item five weeks after it was sent,it was also sent by recorded delivery. what do i do?

i sent the package by recorded delivery on the 5th of september,

the buyer emailed me on the 11th of october claiming not to have recieved it and threatening me with a case.

does anyone know where i stand in a situation like this? i would expect a buyer to contact after a week if a package has not arrived,it also went by recorded delivery.

Go to the Royal Mails web site and enter the tracking number for your item into the Track & Trace and see if has been signed for.

 

If the item is lost you will need to refund and make a claim from the Royal Mail.
