I have two Ebay shops and use selling manager pro on both, and think i may have inadvently changed the setting on one or the other.
Basically My question is
in shop 1 if i go into my awaiting dispatch and select several orders click on mark as dispatched it bring up a new window with all the information which i then confirm.
in shop 2 if i go into my awaiting dispatch and select several orders click on mark as dispatched it bring up a pop up window with all the information which i then confirm.
This does seem a minor issue, but i am trying to set up dispatch express for both stores and therefore the information must be presented in the same manner for any code to work.
I have an ebay shop and use selling manager pro. I am quite new to this but have managed to figure most things out for myself!
Yesterday, when I looked at my sales, I had sold things that I did not have stock of! The day before I had checked all of my stock against what was listed and it all matched. Yesterday, all of my quanities had changed and I had things listed that I didnt have. Last night I amended all of the quantities both in the Inventory and in the active listing so that they matched..... today I have the quantites have changed again!!!!
HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!! Any suggestion as to why it is doing this or what i am doing wrong would be welcomed!!
ive just set up selling manager pro could someone tell me how to set up leaving automatic feedback please cause i dont really understand it yet please thanks clare
s it possible to print invoice/packing slip without having to log in to Paypal? I have just come back to selling and now find I can't print invoices through seller manager pro as I used to. Am I doing something wrong or is the Paypal way the only method now? Thanks for your help.
I hope someone can help me, Im new to e-bay and have only sold a few items. I found all this easy enough to do untill I tryed to list more things. I did everything I did the last time, but once I got to writing the discription in the box, the curser would not click into the discription box. I can fill out everything else on the listing a new item form except from that bit! I realy have no idea why this is, please can anyone get back to me if you think you can solve my dilema, thank you. trying to list something but keeps telling me a picture url cannot contain spaces and to enter a valid value not new to listing so dont know whats happening

Hi i have already sold on ebay this week but am trying to list one more item to sell and it wont let me! keeps coming up with a message asking me to verify my paypal account/ link my paypal, which i have done & it still keeps coming up with the same message, can anyone help please?

I have received a spoof e-mail tonight, it was supposed to have come from Paypal. I have just had confirmation from them that it is indeed spoof.
If you get an e-mail from Paypal look at the address where it has come from, I checked mine against the receipts I had received from Paypal for my purchases.
My Paypal receipts were addressed from " services@paypal.com " the spoof e-mail that I received tonight was from " services@aw-paypal.com" notice the extra "aw-" in the address.
Please be careful everyone, this e-mail looked good, it was asking me to change my password on Paypal due to some suspicious activity on my account. It also said that if I didn't change my password that my account would be suspended to avoid any fraudulent activity. Right at the bottom it gave a link to the ??? paypal site ????.
The confirmation I have just received from Paypal states that they NEVER EVER INCLUDE A LINK ON ANY E-MAILS to take you to where you change personal details.
When selling manager pro sends an e-mail saying payment has been recieved can this be edited to include what i want or is it standard also is it just sent to the buyers ebay inbox or e-mail address as well it just because i have html in it e-mail i want to send once payment has been made
I am trying to work out how to update my inventory quantities for products that have sold out of stock.
I sell shirts with and have different variations set (size). Once one size has sold out the system does state 'Out of Stock' on the listing page (customers buying page).
I have updated the quantity in my inventory but it does not update on the actual listing itself?
