i understand that ebay are introducing a new maximum postage charge for certain categories such as video games, and this is going to take affect today (8/2/10) but i was wondering when there will be an update for turbo lister.
I use turbo lister a lot & have too much information there to backup (too big a file). But now (I think after installing an update) I cannot see any of my items in the inventory. Each folder has a number next to it, but when I click on it there is nothing shown. Please can anyone help as I really don't want to have to do all these listings again?
I've just down loaded turbo lister and when I go to run it a message window appears asking if I want to allow the program to make changes to my PC? I don't want any changes to my PC so select no and it closes the programr does that mean I can't use it?
can any one help i use turbo lister alot but over the last month when i fill in description and upload pic theres no save box at the bottm of the page there use to be one then it takes you back to page to continue listing
Hi, dowloaded Turbo Lister a couple of weeks ago and put about half dozen items on there but today when I try to open it I get 'open a new account' and it won't let me open my 'existing account' as it is 'greyed out', any ideas? I have used my existing account, I put 3 auctions on Ebay on the free listing day until I realised I was being charged!, so it was working ok.
Can anyone help to sort this out please? I was creating some listings today using TL and making them ready to upload.I did back up during the day.Just before closing I checked for updates and I found two.TL asked me to back up, but I did not because it was done earlier and proceeded to updating. After it asked the PC to be restarted, I restarted, but after TL does not open, it gives message: The procedure entry point ?SetAutoCompleteContainLogic@CTLControl@@UAEXXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library Tlib.dll. Does anybody know what to do?
I list in a catagory that ebay moved to free p&p (losing me a conservative £300 over the last 5/6 months) and now have decided a flat rate is suitable from 08/02/10. As I list in advance I have tried to change my listings(for this weeks upload) to include the new p&p but it keeps saying 'this item not eligable' I have downloaded all updates. Do I have to wait to 08/02/10 to list with the p&p? So missing another week and costing me yet again??
Hi, I have created quite a few listings on Turbo Lister that are ready to go live but I want to change shop categories of them before publishing. The problem is that I have created some new shop categories and they are not showing up in Turbo Lister despite synchronisation (it only shows old shop categories). If some can let me know how to bring new shop categories in Turbo Lister, it will be a great help. Thank You!
I have been charged £270+ for items listed using E-Bays own tool 'Turbo Lister' on a FREE DAY, this is a clause they have sneaked in without informing anyone. (Yes, I know it was in the small print - but do you read that every time ??). I am told some people have had fees refunded - yet my requests have so far been refused. Have always used Turbo Lister in the past on 'Free Days' without problem or charges, Anyone else caught out ???
I tried to upload some files via an older version of Turbo Lister 2 but the files would not upload as the version I had did not have the option to state handling times.
So - I uploaded an update to TL2 but now when I try to launch TL is says the new version doesn't match the database files on my computer.
Help!! What do I do now? Do I have to delete all my old TL files and start again? Or is there another option?
I had a problem with the database on TL on Friday so I decided to wipe the slate clean and uninstall TL along with my old database and reinstall a clean copy and have a fresh database. Installed it fine with no problems, opened up the program and when attempting to connect to eBay to connect my eBay account with TL, I keep getting the same error message box appear titled Server Busy, with 3 boxes to click on, Switch to, retry and cancel, the cancel box is dimmed and cannot use it, whenever I press retry it just goes away and reappears and whenever I press switch to my start menu appears and I can never get out of the problem, only way is to close down TL through Ctrl+Alt+Del. I've tried updating the program whilst in guest mode thinking that it may download new updates to stop this from happening but no such luck, it doesn't allow me to update in guest mode. Any ideas guys?
Hi, I have been listing items through turbo lister and transferring them to selling manager pro with no problems until last night, I put about 30 templates through and only 5 appeared in the turbo lister file in SMP and it is still the same this morning, some items go through and some don't. To my knowledge I haven’t changed any settings and cannot understand why this is happening, if there is anyone who can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated as I have a huge amount of items to get sorted Many thanks in Advance Tracey
I've used Turbo Lister a few times, but this time on six listings I'm trying to upload I receive this error message: This call or certain logic flows within the call are restricted to specific applications. It doesn't tell me what is wrong or where it's wrong. I've rewritten them all, but this still happens. Can anyone help as I haven't heard from the Customer help yet and I'd like to list ASAP.
