I started an ebay shop just recently and things are going OK. Made some mistakes and had quite a few slip ups, but think I'm making some sense of it all now. One thing which is really confusing me are the monthly sales reports, as in Sales Summarys. It states in the Fee's section a Final Figure for ebay+paypal fees combined. This final figure is what I pay on my ebay invoice. In my understanding that should mean all fees are paid. But there is also the percentage taken from received payments on Paypal in my Paypal account itself. I'm confused. Can anyone help. Thanks
A Seller is mailing me asking me not to copy her designs which I have not I am simply selling items we no longer need which were a gift. She is selling an item with a designer logo on it. I want to block her from messaging me. She has two accounts and is mailing me from both. Help
I have made a complaint to eBay about an eBay user and have had no response or acknowledgement of receipt of my email. How do I speak to someone at eBay??

I want to hide the amount my previous listings have sold for. They are shown when someone clicks on my feedback score and views previous items. Is it possible to disable this feature? Thanks
i have bought an item, and the seller has paypal on account but has mensioned that he dunt accept paqypal, i asked my qurstions and the seller answerd and forwarded telephone contact details and said to make payment in to his bank account, an i said no cos i dont have peace of mind in that transaction. then he said he cud take payment by some machine, by taking my 16 number exirey and 3 number on back, so do i go ahead with that then?
i dont quite understand it all fully with regards to relisting on assign automation rules
i had them all marked for that but wasnt showing as items were relisted how ever now i have more active listing then i did last nite as i now relisted.
can anyone let me know where i can find a good guide on how it all works?
My card that is registared with paypal is a prepaid debit card and there is not enough funds to pay for the two phones I won on saturday 30/01/10 If i want to put funds it wont be cleared till thursday 04/02/10 So I want to know If I can pay with postal order for the two phones that I have won?.
Hi I my partner has a item he is selling on ebay. When he listed originally he only had it as uk postage, but he has had lots of interest from overseas bidders. But they cant bid on the item as its its listed as uk only. We have gone to edit the listing but it doesn't give us the option to add worldwide shipping. Does anybody have any ideas what we are doing wrong. Or are you not allowed to change your shipping once you have listed a item. thankyou.
Hi everyone, why is it that when I sell an item, the buyer does not leave feedback for me, because when i purchase something I always leave feedback, does selfishness or jealousy come into this to not give the seller more feedback rating? anyone help to put my mind at rest please.
