EBAY owes me money from charges that were refunded to my account from the NON - sale of Michael jackson tickets. My account is in credit and I would like my money back. I have written to you and still my money hasnt been returned...
I've just listed an item & it cost 15p to put on. I thought it was free to put an item on here ? It was a body protector. I just put 1 photo on & did everything like i normally do ? Then it said 15p fees ! can anyone explain why ?
I listed a mobile phone and put a buy it now option. Someone bought it however sent me a fake paypal e-mail saying they had paid for it. I then cancelled this tansaction and relised the item. The same thing happened again! I have now reported these 2 ebay users to ebay and waiting for the cases to be looked at.
My main worry now is that on my ebay account it is showing the final value fees for this item twice and I have not actually sold the item! How can i stop these charged coming off?
Hello, recently listed and sold an item stating buyer collection. Buyer has been invoiced £21 for p&p yet he is collecting in person. Please can you explain, and have I been charged commission on the £21?
I am new to this & wish to sell a few things I have at home. I have registered with paypal and am ready to go. Can you tell me when I list an item am I charged the listing fee's there and then or will they be debited from my account once the item has sold?!
i am new to ebay and wont to set up an account. I want to use the direct debit system but it is asking me for a debit or credit card for security which i do not have - is there anyway round it please
I have just sold my first items on E-bay. I listed them on a free listing day so no charge for that. I have looked at my Paypal account and none of the amounts paid in make sense. They are all below what I should have been paid. I thought it was E-bays selling fee of 10% but the amounts do not tally. For example an item sold for £1.99 but I have only recieved £1.72 so a difference of 8p. Other items have a difference of plus or minus 10p. Can anyone tell me why this is? Thanks
hi am new to selling and i tried to sell two new phones this weekend but had fake nigerian buyers wastin my time and had to keep relistin i have now been charged £134 in fees by ebay which i find totally unfair as these were fake buyers who sent fake paypal emails for money and i cant talk to anyone on how to get fees removed
I am new to selling & listed 2 items last month.1 (at £8) did not sell but I did not relist. The other I started at £235 and it sold for £350 plus £10 p&p.Only £347 went to paypal. I assumed it was ebay fees ( tho' too much for insertion charges alone) Now Paypal have sent me an account of £36 something. Can anyone explain these charges to me please?

i mainly buy from ebay and i RARLY sell stuff but im alittle confused to my selling fees - well to put in short
i just placed 3 items for sell and selling for this prices 1) phone around £70 i think the listing fee was like 2-3 quid 2) ornaments around £20 listing fee around 2 quid 3) grafix card around £30 also around 2 quid
the phone sold in a heartbeat the other 2 items i relisted once again and have just sold ornaments so i check my overall fee cost and its around £17 and states i owe 15% to luxembourg i mean what is that all about ?? why is selling costing me this much ?? does it make a difference by having bidding AND buy now together ??? am i doing something wrong or is this fee what is expected to be ??? if this is a standard procedure i may just stick to buying and not selling

hi, i am being told to vrify my card before i can continu to buy through paypal. as i only use a top up card im finding it hard to get through.my card does not have the sort code on it which is what they are asking for' it is a prepaid mastercard. you can only spend what you have added to the card. once there is no funds left then you just top up the amount you want to put on. yet im having difficulties with verifying the card. can you advise me please
