Does anyone know how you close your paypal account when it has been frozen by paypal. Does anyone know an address I can write to because phoning and emailing isn't working.
i returned an item that was faulty, bought from a business seller on a BIN, struggled to get a refund so had to open a case in resolution, i returned the item by recorded delivery, finally got a refund today, but they havent refunded my postage costs, how do i go about reclaiming these please, or now they have closed the case is it not possible to claim back,

Have received one cheque for the denon am awaiting a cheque for the bernina but you have charged me fees on pay-pal £12.19 on the Denon and £20.59 on the bernina I havent used pay-pal system on these two articles could you please explain what has happened?..
Hi Further to my question about attaching an email to send to PayPal as evidence in a dispute. This is what the screen says (I have no idea how to convert an email into what PayPal seem to require)
Attach a File Fileonly files with the extensions .gif, .jpg and .png are allowed
File Titlee.g. 'top view' or 'first page of refund notice'

Hi I have been using Ebay and Paypal for about 10 years and all of a sudden tonight when I bid on something I got a message to say that my bid could not be accepted cos I had no PP account or I needed to link the PP account to my e bay account. Is this normal or was someone trying to fraudulently get my password?

i have tried logging into my partners paypal on the same computer and his logs in, i also tried logging in on some1 else computer and it says the same. PLZ SOME1 HELP!!

Right now I'm using my mum's paypal account for selling things on my Ebay account. I'm 19 and would like to use my own Paypal account for my Ebay account because that means it would go to my account instead of my mums which is a pain.
I've looked through my Ebay settings and can't find anything to do with changing my Paypal account email. Am I just blind? Or is there an actual option on changing the email associated with your Ebay account.
a purchase was made from us and paid via paypal, we do not have a paypal account and becuase we are fairly new we did not have the option to uncheck paypal as a means of payment, how do we now collect our money? having been the victim of internet fraud we no longer use any electronic banking methods what so ever.

Hi, I have been trying to pay for something with paypal all day and as soon as I input my password the circular 'egg timer' comes on and won't let me go further, it does the same if I change payment method to personal chq Also, clicking on size and colour ect in clothes on ebay doesn't work?
