I've moved from Australia to the UK and have updated my address in my profile and list items as UK etc. I've just listed an item to sell tho, and it's saying it will be listed in £'s but will be charged in Aussie dollars? How can I change my profile completely to UK?
I am trying to contact another bidder, but my screen keeps saying that I'm up to my limit & won't let me send any more emails. It's been doing this for 2 days now and still won't work, think i've sent 3 messages in those 2 days but will not let me send one to her. I have even tried going in on her selling screen for the "ask the seller a question" page, but she isn't selling anything at the moment. Any ideas ??? Thanks
I am a newcomer to Ebay.I tired to buy a set of re-chargeable batteries with my Debit card.Every time I entered my debit card number,I received the message 'Card number invalid or incomplete',therefore I was unable to complete the purchase,I would be grateful for any help.kenat5.
I have been using ebay for a couple of weeks now, and have been doing really well! I have just started selling and up until now have received several payments sucessfully through paypal. However the last 5 payments are showing up as 'payments pending in paypal' I have tryed my hardest to get the problem sorted but have failed. It says that until i confirm my email address i cannot access the money. I go onto 'CONFIRM EMAIL' AND CLICK, it then tells me to follow 3 simple steps to complete the confirmation.It tells me that they have sent me an email and i have to open it and click on the link. HOW CAN I CLICK ON THE LINK WHEN THE EMAIL NEVER ARRIVES????????? So basically i can never confirm which means i cant complete the 5 transactions that are pending. Hope all that makes sense???? Pllease help me!
I want to list an as new electric sinlge bed. Who(or what delivery service)would i approach about sending an item of this weight and size and does anyone have any idea what the costs for delivery within the uk might be ????????? Many thanks
HI i sold a china doll nearly 4 months ago .it was perfect on departure. the bidder now says doll is broken and wants a refund of what for it .... 99p!! although i was happy to refund on reciept of doll she is stalling sayngs she is busy but will send soon , that was 3 months ago. can i now refuse a refund because of the time scale ?
Oh, dear it's me again. I have magnified the photo of the chimney and the crack is clearly identified as it is in a recognised area (if you know where to look!) The seller sold it in mint condition. I am happy to send the chimney only back for a refund if he cannot/will not give me a discount but I should not pay his postage as it was well inflated. I have not informed the seller re. the photo yet but he says that it was done in transit whereas the well packed parcel showed no evidence of trauma. I would send everything back if I was guaranteed a full refund including postage. What can I do please? I am an ordinary punter, not a big seller/buyer.
it is the first time i have sold on ebay and the winning bidder has emailed me to say he does not want the item as he/she is on holiday wednesday. so i emailed them back saying by bidding they are in a binding contract and should not have bidded and to send the money and the date they got back and i would be happy to send the item then. and i got an email back saying they have not got any money but they would send money so i could re-advertise. what should i do?????????
can someone please help.i sold a picture which was a water colour .i did not state that it was original or a print,just as a water colour.the guy that bought it said that as it isnt original he doesnt want it now ,he wants his money back.who is in the wrong .he said that i didnt describe it properly ,yet in a email from him he said i am not to blame as the water colour is of high quality..so please help.did i describe it wrong???or is he in the wrong ?????
