I am getting a bit fed up looking at my sellers dashboard. I always, always mail any buyers thanking them for payment and then again when its posted....communication rating, I have got (1)low Item as described (1)low best of all is postage and packing I am lucky if I have a matter or pence to box, tape etc and sometimes make a loss.If by chance postage is lower than quoted I retun via paypal any monies left over and I am rated (2)low, in red. How can I improve as I am not making money on post and packing and always wrap very well from a rather fed up...Lynn
I purchashed a custom dress in end of May start of June will a seller for £147. They were informed i needed the dress for the 16th of october. Item was paid for on the 4th june. The dress did not come, the seller assured me she would get my dress out to me asap. I have had no communication from the seller from 26th october, and she does respond to other emails addresses so it is not a communication issue. I whish to file a dispute or the very least post negative feedback but as this is over 90 days your system does not recognise the item number. How do i proceed please
Basically the question is as described above. I could only find a button marked 'Seller's View' I've used the 'Watch' facility on eBay many times before!
Can a Seller decide whether or not an Item can be watched? I can't remember ever seeing a 'Seller's View' button before (it was greyed out by the way), so what is it and do I ask a silly question!
Why not functional normal the "contact seller" function? I not cant use this new "Get answers" menu. I cant send message the seller. That's not good onto nothing. The Ebay was badder with this!
I got an email saying I didnt pay for a item. I did pay for it and it got refunded back into my account because they didnt have that item. Twice from the same people for 2 differnt items they did that.
Problem: I used to use IE for Ebay: but now I find that when I try to log in - it keeps defaulting to the log in sIGN IN.
I then used Safari (merely to get into Ebay!) - to log in and everything worked fine - but I prefer I.E. as my default browser.
I then went into Ebay via IE - and as I had logged in via Safari - I got "past the Gatepost" and into my EBay. However, if I tried to Watch or Pay for an Item using IE - the Log in prompt came up.
p.s. I have two shortcuts for Safari and IE - with Safari being my default browser - so when I use the Shortcut for IE I click "No" to reset it as my Default.
Questions Is the IE problems with IE7 and 8? Must I go back or download IE 6 as some users say IE and Ebay only works with IE6.
Is any of this associated with using a 64 bit PC? I am led to understand 64bit will read 32bit but not the other way round - Is this correct?
Is the problem with Vista AND ITS "UPGRADES"? Will Windows 7 resolve the issue.
