Hi Up until last Saturday when searching for books I could put in multi area names i.e. Chatham, Maidstone, Reading, Liverpool and I would get a list of books that contained one or all of these areas. Now however I have to put in one place name at a time where as before I could use just two searches to pull up all areas where as I am now having to do 12 seperate searches. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so have they found an answer. I have found over the last 12 months Ebay keep changing things and the service is instead of improving is deteriorating. Why do E-bay insist on this prehistoric rule that sellers cannot charge postage on these items, do they not see that seller's have to charge more for their items to cover their costs, so they can make a profit. E-bay just want to make more money out of us because they are just plain greedy, also pay-pal get more from us as well when we offer payment by pay-pal if there was another site where you could go and sell or buy on i would dump e-bay and go there, does anybody agree with me. When I run saved searches no Gallery pictures appear. Its OK in the actual item description but not in teh Gallery -any ideas? I've tried getting in touch with ebay but it wont look at the question via 'Contact Us'
I have an item I am watching in my eBay. It is from an international seller & one from which I have bought from. When I click on the listing & click show other items from seller none are returned. I've contacted the seller & she has loads of listings. The only way I can find any of her current listings is to go to the US site but even that is hit & miss. I hadn't changed anything on my profile but I have now trying to correct the problem.
Does anyone know whether eBay will be curing the search refining issue anytime soon? I've been looking for tickets for a sporting event and cannot do so by narrowing down to date, location, number of tickets as I used to do (oddly, if the option I use Other Tickets, then it does work).
Is anyone else unable to view any of their listed items? I've got over 100 items on (some have been on nearly 9 days)and not of them are showing up in searches. If I click on one of my items, it comes up, but if I then click on the 'see sellers other items' tab, it says I have nothing for sale. Jane.
I've bought & paid for two bulky items advertised 'collection only'. They are a round trip by car of 360 miles.The seller takes 3 days or longer to reply to e-mails and has placed limits on when I can collect.The times and days just do not suit me. They are not prepared to leave the items with a friend or neighbour at my responsibility.I'm at the stage where I am about to ask for a refund as I feel negotiations have broken down. Can I do this?
Help!! On the "refine search" toolbar I used to have options such as "colour" "size" and even "material" and they all seem to have disappeared ... Someone suggested I clear the cookies, which I've done, and it's made no difference Please can anyone tell me how I get these back - and please keep it simple; I'm not much good with IT !!!
i seem to be having same problem as alot of others i can not refine my search to size, colour or brand etc, if anyone has any info on why this is i would be very grateful to hear from you

All of a sudden my categories have gone from my search options. Eg: when I go to baby clothes it doesn't give me the option to refine my search, ie: girl,9-12 months etc ???? Have I done something or is it E Bay?
